The activity of catalyst was higher when the direct reduction method was used than the calcination-reduction method. The optimized preparation conditions of catalysts are as follows: calcination temperature 450℃~500℃,reduction temperature 400℃,reduction time 6 hours.
结果表明:氧化镍最佳负载量为25%~30%之间;以硝酸镍为前驱体的镍基催化剂苯加氢活性最高;催化剂采取直接还原活化的方式具有更高的苯加氢活性;焙烧温度450~500℃,还原温度400℃,还原时间6小时催化剂的苯加氢活性最高。
